Frenchkiss Records‘ very own connoisseurs of new wave pop Strange Names return with the first single from the forthcoming second album. ‘Into Me’ is the NYC trio’s first new music since releasing their debut album Use Your Time Wisely.
Strange Names frontman Liam Benzvi emailed us with this to say about the track:
We wrote and recorded this song two years ago – it’s about humans playing roles that are contrary to their feelings – it’s a game. Sonically, it’s a nod to Prefab Sprout I think.
