Screaming Females have shared ‘Glass House’, the first track from their forthcoming new album, proving that those in glass houses should rock the hell out. The New Jersey DIY band collaborated with producer Matt Bayles (Pearl Jam, Mastodon) on their seventh studio album – titled All At Once – and it’s out on 23rd February via Don Giovanni Records.
You’ll be able to get All At Once digitally and on CD and double vinyl and there’s going to be limited edition 7″ and limited edition triple LP’s with an exclusive bonus material like album demos.
According to the album’s press release the band set out to make an album, “In the spirit of a salon-style gallery show, where larger pieces provide an eye-level focal point to a galaxy of smaller works,” which sounds quite complicated. The band say they’ve been “Practicing self-restraint” but the epicness noise seems to still be turned way up to 11.
If ‘Glass House’ with it’s simple bass, drum and two riff combo is anything to go by it’s going to be awesome sauce.
